Saint George’s School organizes different optional extracurricular activities which take place once school has finished at 16.30.

MUSIC – For girls and boys from Form I to Form VI. Our  music teachers Juan Manuel Martínez and Juan Andrés Jutgla have their Music School “440” and invite students to enjoy music and to learn how to play different instruments, sing and form a band. “440” is located at Guayaqui 3028 (Seconday School´s premises)

SWIMMING – At Club Banco República, for girls and boys from Form I to Form VI. School’s physical education teachers are in charge of these classes and travel together with the children in the bus from the School to the club. Parents should fetch children at the club once the activity has finished.

Days and schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 16.30 to 18.00.

BALLET – For girls from Kinder to Form II. Introductory course to Ballet with the teacher Laura Fernández.

Day and schedule: Mondays from 16.30 to 17.30, at School.

BASKETBALL – Classes are given by Favio Freire who has experience in teaching and plays at the Club Unión Atlética.

THEATRE – Form children from Form IV to Form VI. The actress Florencia Infante in in charge of these classes. She has studied at Escuela de Actuación de Montevideo, Escuela de Comedia Musical and Escuela de Arte Dramático and has great experience in teaching children and teenagers.

Days and schedule: Wednesdays for students who assisted previously; Fridays for those who are joining the classes this year. From 16.30 to 18.00.
